The apartment is about 32 m2, located on the 1st floor, is attractively furnished and equipped with everything you need.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette (dishwasher, water heater, small oven, filter coffee machine, etc.), bathroom (with walk in shower and toilet), large balcony with great view.

The apartment is carefully decorated. The house is located on the sunny side of Aich in the Enns Valley, about 3 km from the Hauser Kaibling Cable Car in the Ski Amadé Region (free shuttle bus).

The leisure lake Aich offers relaxation, sports and fun and is only about 400 meters away.

Large supply of well-marked hiking trails, family walks, cycling, mountain biking, golf and much more.

The idyllic outdoor Kneipp the Archduke Johann shooting range and a wide range of well-marked hiking trails.

WINTER: next to the ski area Hauser Kaibling - Planai - Hochwurzen - Reiteralm with its many winter sports facilities is also a generously-developed cross-country trail network.

City tax 1,50 EUR per person and night. The city tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.

Deposit Policy
This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements.

  • 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.

Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations

  • If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

We ask you politely to consider the rules of the house!

 

Please do not enter the living and sleep areas with street shoes!!!

 

CLEANING

We ask you, to leave the apartment in a duly condition and have a last dish washing-up before departure.

The final cleaning will be made from our cleaners the day of your departure.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

Please note the operating instructions for the electrical equipment (kitchen, TV)!

ENERGY

When leaving the apartment, please switch off the lights, radio and TV.

In winter close the windows, when you leave the apartment.

ENTRANCE

Please make sure that the entrance is always closed and locked twice!

HEATING

The heating in the apartment (radiators) is standard adjusted to a comfortable room temperature, which is supervised constantly and automatically.

KEY

The handed out key closes the entrance and the apartment.

NIGHT REST

QUIET HOURS are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please turn TV and radio down to the room volume.

PARKING LOT

There is 1 parking lot (per apartment) on the left side of the house.

SKI AND BOOTS AREA (on the ground floor)

With your ski boots only enter the entrance area. Please store your skier and boots in the ski and boots room and never enter the apartment or the staircase with boots. Do not store anything in the apartment.

SKI EQUIPMENT

Please store your ski equipment in the ski- and boots area on the ground floor of the house. Don't store your skiers in the apartment.

SMOKING

Please don't smoke in the apartment. This is non-smoking apartment.

PARTIES/EVENTS are not allowed.

PETS are not allowed!

WASTE separation according to regulation.

For the waste disposal you find 3 refuse container (organic, residual waste, metal cans and plastic). For glass and paper: 2 boxes are located under the ski shoe rack. The container will be emptied every Tuesday. Please dispose the waste before departure and do not throw glass or plastic bottles into the black container.
